What you'll do

Advise customers on technical support and product adoption during pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal phases.
Analyze customer IT operations environments to provide recommendations that maximize the value of Datadog products.
Act as a customer advocate by suggesting specific configurations and features to meet their unique goals.
Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and technical teams to identify necessary new features.
Develop and evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet.
Skilled in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gitlab.
Knowledgeable about containerization tools including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
Previous experience as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space.
Experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools.
Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
