What you'll do

Advise customers on technical support and product adoption during pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes.
Analyze customer IT operations environments to provide recommendations that maximize Datadog's value.
Suggest process changes, configurations, and additional features to meet specific customer goals and use cases.
Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
Work with product management and engineering teams to identify new features and products.
Develop and evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.

What we're looking for

Have a solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations.
Have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Be comfortable with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet.
Be skilled in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gitlab.
Have knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
Be able to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
Have previous experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space.
Be experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools.
