What you'll do

Manage a portfolio of high-value AI and OCI customers through a deeply embedded engagement model.
Drive the performance, cost efficiency, and architectural design of large-scale compute fleets.
Act as the primary escalation point to resolve technical issues with speed and clarity.
Translate customer growth projections into actionable infrastructure plans for compute, storage, and networking.
Proactively manage capacity constraints and align supply with demand across global regions.
Orchestrate cross-functional execution between engineering, data center operations, and sales teams.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract expansions to identify new growth opportunities.
Oversee critical operational metrics including usage, SLAs, billing, and invoicing for large accounts.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Significant experience and technical depth are required in enterprise technology sales, cloud infrastructure, or AI solutions.
Proven track record is required for leading large, complex deals with strategic customers.
Experience is required in managing multi-million-dollar contract expansions and complex commercial negotiations.
Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments and influence without direct authority is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills are required.
