Responsibilities

Deliver in person and e-learning training content for data center operations, covering mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, ensuring clear and engaging presentation to technicians, engineers, and operational staff.  

Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate scalable, accessible, and interactive training sessions, ensuring content is effectively delivered to diverse audiences.

Monitor and assess learner progress during training sessions, using post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate comprehension and skill application.

Collaborate with training development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with operational needs, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles, incorporating hands-on demonstrations, virtual simulations, and interactive modules to enhance engagement and retention.

Support the implementation of training programs for data center commissioning, early access operations, and full turnover, ensuring staff are prepared for operational demands.

Regularly review and provide feedback on training content to ensure it remains current with industry standards, data center technologies, and emerging trends like liquid cooling or advanced automation.

Address training delivery challenges by adapting sessions in real-time, ensuring clarity and effectiveness for all participants.

Escalate issues related to training delivery, learner engagement, or resource constraints to the Training Director or senior leadership for resolution.

Contribute to process improvements in training delivery, leveraging LMS analytics to enhance learner outcomes and operational performance.

Use LMS data to generate reports on training engagement, completion rates, and contributions to technician competency, supporting Oracle’s mission of excellence, transparency, and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning and development, with at least 2 years in data center operations, facilities management, or critical infrastructure environments.

Proven expertise in delivering technical training content for mechanical, electrical, or controls systems in high-stakes environments.

Preferred - Strong proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training delivery, learner tracking, and performance reporting.

Deep understanding of learner engagement techniques, feedback mechanisms, and cross-functional collaboration in data center operations.

Ability to interpret technical specifications and operational protocols to deliver effective and relevant training sessions.

Willingness to travel to data center sites for training delivery, program support, or stakeholder engagements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Owner to join our Federal Learning Development team. This role operates as a fully independent contributor within an Agile learning design environment, responsible for managing product backlog, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of high-quality learning solutions.

The Senior Product Owner plays a critical role in ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, business objectives, and accessibility standards, including Section 508. In addition to delivery ownership, this role actively supports team development and drives consistency in Agile practices and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute product vision and priorities aligned to client and organizational goals
• Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and delivery outcomes
• Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and Agile team, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
• Ensure all learning products are Section 508 compliant
• Collaborate across Learning Designers, Learning Consultants, Production Managers, and Document Quality Analysts
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage data, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and support junior Product Owners and team members
• Promote consistency in Agile practices and team execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, business analysis, or learning development
• Strong experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities in complex environments
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in learning development, healthcare systems, or EHR training preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred
• Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications

Responsibilities

As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will own the software design and development for major components of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. You should be both a rock-solid coder and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems and design broad distributed system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with distributed systems within large-scale environments.
• Proficient in Java, C, or C++ and experience with scripting languages like Python, Perl, etc.
• Experience working on large-scale, highly distributed services infrastructure.
• Experience working in an operational environment with mission-critical tier-one livesite servicing.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.
• Experience designing architectures that demonstrate deep technical depth in one area, or span many products, to enable high availability, scalability, market-leading features and flexibility to meet future business demands.
• Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams and presentations).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems fundamentals, and cloud-native development.

Job Description

This role supports the Tiger Institute Health Information Exchange (HIE) platform and associated infrastructure in fulfillment of the contracted deliverables. Additionally, this role works alongside an existing senior engineer to ensure system reliability, secure data exchange, interface performance, and operational compliance aligned to contracted reporting requirements.

The associate must reside in Missouri to support state program alignment and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Job Description

As Senior Director, Data Center Facilities Operations, you will provide executive leadership for OCI’s mission-critical facilities operations organization across multiple campuses, regions, or a large and complex data center portfolio. Reporting to a Vice President, this role is accountable for the operating model, performance, and scalability of the facilities operations organization that keeps OCI’s critical infrastructure running safely, reliably, and in alignment with uptime commitments.

This role owns how facilities operations is run at scale. That includes operational strategy, execution governance, leadership capability, maintenance and service operating models, incident readiness, process discipline, and performance accountability across the portfolio. • Oversee the execution model for facilities service delivery, self-perform maintenance strategy, and field operational support in alignment with business growth and risk tolerance.
• Ensure the facilities organization is scaled appropriately for portfolio growth, including workforce planning, succession planning, role clarity, and leadership capability development.
• Partner with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Reliability, Security, Compliance, and Business Operations leaders to ensure operability, maintainability, and operational supportability are built into new sites, expansions, retrofits, and turnover processes.
• Drive systematic identification and mitigation of operational risks, including infrastructure vulnerabilities, readiness gaps, training needs, process weaknesses, and vendor-related concerns.
• Provide governance and strategic oversight of critical vendor relationships, maintenance providers, and technical service partners to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, process rigor, and continuous improvement across the facilities operations organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in mission-critical operations, data centers, power generation, utilities, industrial operations, or similarly uptime-critical environments.
• 7+ years of experience leading leaders across multiple sites, large campuses, or broad critical infrastructure operations portfolios.
• Deep expertise in operational leadership of electrical, mechanical, controls, and supporting site infrastructure in high-availability environments.
• Demonstrated success building operating models, governance structures, and performance accountability across a large-scale operations organization.
• Experience leading through Directors and senior managers in complex, fast-growing, and operationally intensive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Facilities, or related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus but not required.

• Lead the onsite mechanical facilities technician team responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service execution for mission-critical cooling and HVAC systems.

• Support incident response, service restoration, capacity changes, maintenance planning, and post-event reviews to strengthen reliability and execution discipline.
• Partner closely with Facility Managers, Engineering, Reliability, Controls, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure effective handoffs, operational readiness, and maintainability of installed systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures, spare parts readiness, documentation quality, technician capability, and service response standards.
• Ensure the site is prepared to support 24/7 mission-critical operations through proper staffing, escalation readiness, training, and maintenance planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical service, critical facilities maintenance, or related uptime-critical environments such as data centers, healthcare, industrial plants, semiconductor, or large commercial infrastructure.
• 1–3+ years of experience leading technicians, service teams, or field maintenance operations.
• Strong practical understanding of large-scale cooling systems, HVAC service operations, controls interfaces, redundancy strategies, and energy-performance considerations.
• Experience managing maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician development, and incident response in operational environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, facilities management, or related field preferred; equivalent technical and field leadership experience also valued.

• 1–3 years of experience leading engineers, integrators, or technical programs in a controls, automation, or OT environment.

• Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and service execution for critical electrical infrastructure.
• Own electrical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, corrective work, outage coordination, and maintenance backlog management.

• Track and improve KPIs such as equipment availability, backlog health, incident trends, MTTR, maintenance completion, and corrective action closure.
• Partner with engineering, commissioning, deployment, reliability, and site leadership teams on upgrades, lifecycle replacements, new capacity turn-up, and system handoff.
• Lead or support root cause analysis for electrical events and ensure corrective actions are documented, implemented, verified, and sustained.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records including procedures, service reports, one-lines, test results, and CMMS data.
• Champion electrical safety, including NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, contractor compliance, and switching discipline.
• Coach and develop technicians and frontline leaders to reinforce safety, technical capability, and execution quality.
• Support the Site Operations Director with status reporting, operational risk visibility, staffing readiness, and improvement initiatives for the electrical plant.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, service execution, or plant operations in data centers or other mission-critical environments such as utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, or industrial facilities.
• 2–4+ years of experience leading technicians, service teams, or maintenance execution in live operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, UPS systems, batteries, generators, transfer equipment, PDUs, grounding, and power distribution systems.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, outages, vendor execution, and incident response in live operational environments.
• Familiarity with EPMS, SCADA, BMS, and CMMS tools.
• Experience supporting commissioning, turnover, or acceptance of new electrical systems is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong electrical safety leadership and operational judgment.
• Ability to manage incidents calmly and communicate clearly under pressure.

• OSHA 30 preferred.

• NETA, NICET, or similar electrical testing / maintenance-related credentials are a plus where relevant to the role.

Physical Demands / Work Environment
 This is a mission-critical onsite role supporting 24/7 operations where continuous uptime is essential; as such, regular attendance, schedule flexibility, and response readiness are required. To perform these duties, you must be able to frequently walk, bend, kneel, crouch, push/pull objects, and climb stairs. You may be required to lift or move up to 39 pounds independently and participate in group lifts for loads 40 pounds or greater. You must also be capable of maintaining balance while working from ladders or elevated platforms. • Develop, iterate, and maintain end to end long-range demand planning models at the customer, initiative, SKU, and geo level.  This role bridges executive leadership, sales, and engineering to map customer requirements to datacenter capacity, requiring deep knowledge of GPU infrastructure, networking, and supply chain logistics.
• Build demand plans based on strategic goals, business trends, and inputs from stakeholders.  Interact with engineering customer management, product management, networking, datacenter, and finance to understand demand requirements.
• Socialize demand plans with senior leaders in capacity planning and operations, supply chain, engineering, customer management, and finance to achieve alignment.
• Identify demand forecast risks and develop prioritized, effective, flexible, and durable mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate healthy balance between long range planning and short-term execution.  Understand end to end supply chain flow to help ensure customer demand is met.
• Collaborate with product management to understand product lifecycle, transition, and how that impacts forecasting.
• Provide direct inputs and analysis of demand data to management, finance, and operational teams in creating and maintaining the corporate S&OP process.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc demand analyses and reports for senior management.
• Maintain demand planning review processes to improve forecast accuracy.
• Demand planning is both science and art. It is critical to understand how to translate business strategy into forecasting models, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Work with business intelligence teams to translate planning processes into system models to determine and plan resource needs that meets capacity and performance needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields

• Requires 7+ years in large-scale AI/ML datacenter capacity planning and project management.

• Extensive experience in developing demand plans and forecasts for new and existing products

• Understand impact of revenue goals, customer usage, overhead and buffer, data center space and power availability on capacity management. 

• Experienced with forecasting and demand planning for server storage and networking 

• Advanced in Excel modeling and building complex forecasting models with multiple inputs to drive recommendations and decisions

• Experienced with infrastructure hardware, memory, CPU, JBoDs, servers, etc.  Ability to read and interpret product BOM and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous cloud experience and/or GPU infrastructure for air/liquid-cooled datacenters and network architecture.

• Lead the onsite electrical facilities technician team responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, switching support, and service execution across mission-critical electrical infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3+ years of experience leading technicians, electrical service teams, or field maintenance programs.
• Strong background in electrical safety, maintenance execution, regulatory compliance, switching risk, and structured incident response.
• Experience leading technicians and vendor partners in high-risk operational environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, facilities management, or related field preferred; equivalent electrical trade and leadership experience also valued.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Data Center Site Portfolio Management:

-Independently responsibility for at least one and occasionally multiple Data Centers.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
-Leads performance trend analyses related to capacity, temperature, availability, cleanliness, and other aspects. Identifies significant patterns, and suggests operational improvements.
-Proactively monitors facility health at all times (power, cooling, security) and develops and implements major enhancements.

Issue Management and Automation:
-Leads the on-the-ground resources to resolve incidents and performs accurate communication on execution.

-Triages and/or escalates issues, and implements advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate potential problems effectively.
-Identifies, documents, and validates issues, processes, and solutions, ensuring the data center knowledge base is comprehensive and up-to-date.
-Prepares for, and when needed executes incident or crisis management protocols in alignment with business continuity plans.
-Performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following crises or incidents, and updates documentation to capture process improvements.

Data Center Expansion Support:
-Leads and oversees new region builds and expansion activities, both onsite and remotely.
-Acts as primary liaison with project teams and data center engineering, ensuring all timelines and capacity needs are strategically managed for expansion projects and site builds.
-Collaborates closely with project teams on critical aspects of expansion projects and site builds to deliver high standards.

Installation and Maintenance:
-Provides oversight for installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics tasks.
-Directs efforts to replace and upgrade components.
-Advises on high-level purchases or upgrades for data centers and oversees implementation.
-Leads planning and execution of rack deployments, installations, and network physical infrastructure upgrades/changes. 
-Ensures proactive maintenance of the Data Center facility with regard to efficiency and stability (e.g. containment, air flow & pressure, power trains).

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
