What you'll do

Manage a portfolio of high-value AI and OCI customers through deeply embedded engagement models.
Drive the performance, cost efficiency, and architectural design of large-scale compute fleets.
Act as the primary escalation point to resolve technical issues with speed and clarity.
Translate customer growth projections into actionable infrastructure plans for compute, storage, and networking.
Proactively manage capacity constraints and align supply with demand across global regions.
Orchestrate cross-functional execution between engineering, data center operations, and sales teams.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract expansions to unlock growth within existing accounts.
Oversee critical operational metrics including usage, SLAs, billing, and invoicing for all assigned accounts.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires significant technical depth in enterprise technology sales, cloud infrastructure, or AI-related solutions.
Proven track record of leading large, complex deals with strategic customers including knowledge of margins and pricing.
Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
Experience working across sales, engineering, and executive stakeholders in a global organization.
Proven ability to engage credibly with various personas from engineers to C-suite executives.
Experience with hyperscale cloud platforms or large-scale infrastructure solutions (preferred).
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing workloads (preferred).
Background in structuring non-standard or highly customized commercial agreements (preferred).
