Staff Manager, Finance ERP Systems (Record-to-Report)

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the Record-to-Report (R2R) systems strategy and roadmap for global financial reporting.
• Act as the primary IT lead for Cloud Financials, including HFM, ARM, and DRM solutions.
• Manage system ownership for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and consolidation platforms.
• Oversee technical execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close cycles.
• Lead IT integration efforts for M&A activities, including chart of accounts alignment and entity consolidation.
• Build and mentor a global team of internal and external resources to support ERP and EPM platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and automated controls across all upstream and downstream financial systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of IT experience or 10 years of IT experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• Requires at least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must have over 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience supporting Accounting and Finance systems.
• Must possess deep functional expertise in Record-to-Report processes, including General Ledger, financial close, consolidations, and statutory reporting.
• Must have proven experience leading HFM and/or enterprise consolidation platforms.
• Must have a track record of migrating on-premise ERP and EPM solutions to the cloud with minimal disruption.
• Must have extensive experience leading global teams in complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
• Must possess strong executive communication skills to partner with senior Accounting and Finance leadership.
