What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the Record-to-Report systems strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead execution of R2R initiatives including system enhancements and ERP/EPM upgrades.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close from a systems perspective.
  • Oversee IT ownership of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions supporting actuals and consolidations.
  • Build and lead a global R2R IT organization, establishing strong operating models and delivery standards.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in Accounting and Finance systems.
  • Deep functional expertise in Record-to-Report processes including GL, close, consolidations, and statutory reporting.
  • Proven track record of successfully migrating ERP and EPM solutions to the cloud with minimal disruption.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting financial close cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
  • Experience leading HFM and enterprise consolidation platforms in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global teams and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
