As a Senior Manager, Financial Systems, you will join the Finance team to own the data, technology, and reporting capabilities supporting accounting functions. You will lead end-to-end development activities, including solution architecture, technical design, and production support for global ERP and EPM platforms like NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA. Your daily work involves building scalable integrations to move high-volume financial data across various systems while managing the technical roadmap and infrastructure. You will utilize tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and dbt, alongside REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. This role addresses the challenge of modernizing financial systems through automation and AI to ensure data integrity and auditability within a regulated, publicly traded environment while managing complex processes like Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
Lead end-to-end development activities including architecture, configuration, testing, and production support for financial systems.
Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms.
Build and deploy scalable integrations to move high-volume data across various financial and operational platforms.
Manage system availability by establishing monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, and incident response protocols.
Establish reusable integration frameworks and engineering standards for API management, security, and disaster recovery.
Implement automated deployment and release-management processes using CI/CD tools and version control.
Design data models, transformation logic, and reconciliation controls to ensure data integrity in a regulated environment.
Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What we're looking for
You must have 10+ years of experience leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
Experience is required with systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
You must be able to develop integrations between ERP and EPM platforms using technologies like REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt.
You must have a strong understanding of accounting and finance processes including P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, and consolidation.
You must be able to lead the technical design of data models, transformation logic, business rules, and reconciliation controls.
Experience is required in implementing automated deployment and release management using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
You must understand governance, security, auditability, and internal control requirements for financial systems in a regulated environment.
You must have the ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
