What you'll do

Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to identify Record to Report (R2R) requirements.
Recommend robust designs and innovative solutions to address complex client business problems.
Advise clients on leading Record to Report processes to facilitate transformation using Oracle Cloud.
Develop prototypes and provide various design options to meet specific client needs.
Lead, coach, and advise project teams through the setup, testing, and deployment of Oracle solutions.
Manage project tasks, track deliverables, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Support business development and sales efforts by leveraging expertise in industry trends and Oracle features.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
Bachelor's degree, or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or a minimum of 12 years of work experience.
Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
Experience with cross-functional other Oracle Cloud products (preferred).
Proven ability to manage projects and partner with clients to design business processes and lead configuration workshops (preferred).
