As a Staff Business Systems Analyst - Core Finance Systems within the Finance, Legal & Privacy team, you will support Enterprise Finance by managing operational support for major systems and driving enhancements. You will lead cross-functional efforts to build technology ecosystems for enterprise planning and digital transformation, specifically focusing on portfolio management, work management, and process automation. Your daily work involves conducting usability studies, rapid prototyping, and defining product roadmaps to improve business processes. The role requires expertise in Oracle Financials Applications, including General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, and Projects modules, along with knowledge of third-party tools like Coupa, Blackline, and Aravo. You will utilize Agile methodologies and data metrics to manage complex projects, analyze technical dependencies, and develop business cases for automation solutions within the source-to-report and record-to-report domains.
Manage operational support and "run the business" enhancements for all major Finance systems.
Lead cross-functional efforts to build and scale technology ecosystems for enterprise planning and digital transformation.
Conduct research, usability studies, and rapid prototyping to deeply understand customer needs and business processes.
Define and execute a product roadmap focused on digital process automation and long-term technical vision.
Analyze key performance metrics and data insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
Evaluate product fit/gaps and perform external benchmarking to recommend technology options for the enterprise.
Develop business cases and impact analyses to drive the adoption of new technologies and processes.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience designing and delivering software products in a Product Management role.
Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with Oracle Financials Applications or similar core Finance Modules like General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting.
Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps while balancing business requirements and architectural improvements.
Experience building enterprise-level products and process automations with a strong understanding of APIs, connectors, and data flow.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management for complex projects.
Knowledge or experience in finance transformation and strategy like Source to Report and Record to Report (preferred).
