Director, Finance Systems

What you'll do

• Architect and execute a multi-year global roadmap for the company's financial systems ecosystem.
• Design and deploy automated forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes within Oracle EPM.
• Establish a "single source of truth" by defining strategies for Finance Data Warehousing and Master Data Management.
• Evaluate and optimize the corporate technology stack including ERP, EPM, Billing, Tax, and Treasury systems.
• Streamline end-to-end global workflows such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Integrate ERP inventory and cost accounting modules with physical manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What we're looking for

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience owning enterprise systems strategy with deep functional understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise systems implementations from inception to post-go-live optimization.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP), Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce, and data tools like Databricks or Foundry.
• Experience supporting financial systems in a complex hardware manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
• Deep domain knowledge of core transactional flows including PTP, OTC, and RTR.
• Experience in GovCon environments with CAS and FAR compliance (preferred); SQL/Python skills (preferred); experience transitioning to global ERP (preferred).
