Financial Reporting Systems Lead, Executive Director

What you'll do

• Own the MIS strategy and roadmap for finance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate manual MIS processes.
• Build scalable reporting solutions using modern data pipelines, semantic layers, and self-service BI tools.
• Implement AI and GenAI technologies to improve productivity, narrative generation, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with internal teams to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business narratives.
• Present clear recommendations and synthesize complex topics for senior leadership stakeholders.
• Establish foundational controls, data quality practices, and audit-ready documentation for key metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers while managing project delivery and prioritization.

What we're looking for

• Advanced finance acumen with experience delivering MIS for P&A and/or Product Control.
• Advanced understanding of financial performance drivers, variance analysis, forecasting, and key financial statements.
• Proven track record leading data and reporting transformation programs including process simplification and automation.
• Proficiency in data pipelines, ETL concepts, SQL, and BI development such as dashboards and semantic layers.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML or GenAI to reporting, forecasting, or operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to senior leadership.
• Experience operating in a large, complex financial institution or regulated environment (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
