  • Develop an integrated roadmap covering business processes, data, infrastructure, security, and organizational change management.
  • Establish program governance models, decision rights, workstream structures, and executive reporting cadences.
  • Coordinate platform assessments, proof of concepts, and fit-to-standard activities for Oracle Cloud and SAP S/4HANA systems.
  • Manage project interdependencies including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all workstreams.
  • Oversee data migration, integration testing, cutover validation, and post-go-live hypercare support.
  • Direct external partners including systems integrators, software providers, and consultants to ensure delivery of contract requirements.
  • Define and monitor a benefits-realization framework to track financial and non-financial outcomes after implementation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large, complex, global technology or business transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least one significant ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation through multiple lifecycle phases.
  • Hands-on program leadership experience with Oracle ERP and/or SAP including coordination of business process, data, integration, testing, and deployment workstreams.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, systems integrators, software vendors, contracts, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to produce, inventory, costing, and financial close.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence executives, technical teams, and external providers in a matrixed environment.
  • 10+ years of experience, multi-platform ERP expertise (Oracle and SAP), industry-specific knowledge, and professional certifications like PMP or Prosci are preferred.
