SRAM Circuit Design Engineer
As part of the Digital Custom Group, the SRAM Circuit Design Engineer will design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM designs within a high-performance silicon environment. This role involves collaborating with logic and architecture teams to formulate specifications, defining topologies optimized for power, timing, area, and yield. Day-to-day responsibilities include schematic capture, simulation, margin verification, RTL writing, and backend verification including IR/EM analysis. The engineer will also work with layout teams to create optimal GDS and support post-silicon efforts.
