What you'll do

Serve as the senior authority for the site and primary executive interface for key customers.

Lead the ramp-up of new tools and drive productivity improvements across operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
An advanced degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 6-8 years of management experience.
Experience in coordinating technical and administrative support activities like installation, repair, and maintenance is required.
Ability to manage site operating budgets, capital planning, and cost controls is required.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams is required.
