Mgr, Field Process joins the Customer Support Business Group to oversee technical support for company customers. You will address technical problems within the customer installed base, focusing on performance, productivity, safety, and quality for critical equipment and processes while participating in customer installation and training programs.

What you'll do

Oversee technical support for customers involving complex electro-mechanical, computer, software, and networking systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4-6 years of supervisory experience.
Experience overseeing technical support for complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networking systems.
Experience supervising engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing non-functioning equipment or software.
Ability to establish and maintain communication with design engineering and software development teams.
Experience selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel.
