What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.
An advanced degree (preferred).
7 to 10 years of etch experience (preferred).
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams, customers, and partners.
Collaborative mindset in a matrixed environment.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams of field process engineers and technical professionals.
