What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of field process engineers and technical professionals.
Oversee escalation support for complex technical issues when standard troubleshooting procedures fail.
Establish communication lines with design engineering and software development to address reliability and maintenance issues.
Ensure field teams maintain expertise on emerging technologies, product enhancements, and new developments.
Drive knowledge sharing, technical training, and best practice adoption across the field organization.
Partner with internal departments to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and service excellence.
Support customer installations, process optimization initiatives, and technical training programs.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the support function.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
An advanced degree is preferred.
6 to 8 years of management experience required.
7 to 10 years of etch experience (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams, customers, and partners.
Ability to collaborate within a matrixed environment.
