What you'll do

Perform planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues independently to identify root causes and ensure system settings meet design parameters.
Monitor facility performance using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms to identify and resolve alarms.
Lead onsite incident response teams to manage abnormal conditions and perform emergency repairs.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs) for complex equipment.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to oversee their work, ensure safety compliance, and verify quality of service.
Mentor and provide technical training to less experienced technicians on systems and security protocols.
Manage equipment assets and track maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 3+ years of mission critical services work or applied learning experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a specialized field such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years mission critical services experience (preferred).
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification and 4+ years mission-critical services experience (preferred).
