What you'll do

Perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance for complex mechanical systems, electrical components, and HVAC equipment.
Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform corrective repairs without supervision.
Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms to identify trends and potential issues.
Develop and review technical procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Method Statements of Work (MSOW).
Manage third-party vendors by coordinating schedules, providing site escorts, and ensuring work meets safety standards.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track assets, log changes, and manage work orders.
Prepare complex reports including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to support data-driven operational improvements.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years mission critical services work/applied learning experience in high availability environments.
1+ year(s) experience in a specialized area such as mechanical, electrical, or controls fields.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (preferred).
7+ years mission-critical services experience if holding an Associate's Degree or trade certification (preferred).
10+ years mission-critical services experience if holding a High School Diploma/GED (preferred).
