What you'll do

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment within the data center.
Manage and coordinate both preventative and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure systems.
Utilize CMMS to monitor performance, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure work order completion.
Serve as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues and emergency situations.
Lead small-to-medium projects from conception through completion while driving cost and energy efficiency.
Identify and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and single points of failure across regional locations.
Coordinate and supervise audits, compliance verifications, and routine reporting on operational KPIs.
Recommend improvements for data center equipment design, technologies, and construction methods.

What we're looking for

High School Qualification or equivalent is required.
Must have 2+ years of experience supporting IT equipment, related technology, or large-scale server and network deployment projects.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and other government security screenings.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in a relevant engineering, technical, or supply chain field.
Preferred: 8+ years of experience in critical environment infrastructures with a degree, or 10+ years of experience without a degree.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience specifically in critical environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructure.
Preferred certifications include APICS, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, CCNA, ITIL v3 Foundation, or MOF.
