Senior Critical Environment Technician

What you'll do

• Perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance for complex electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform corrective repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other monitoring platforms.
• Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs).
• Manage third-party vendors by coordinating schedules, overseeing work quality, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians on complex infrastructure tasks.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track assets and document work orders.
• Prepare detailed reports including root cause analyses and predictive performance data for equipment.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years mission critical services work experience in high availability environments like data centers or refineries.
• 1+ year of experience in a specialized field such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (preferred).
• 7+ years mission critical services experience with an Associate's Degree or trade certification (preferred).
• 10+ years mission critical services experience with a High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
