What you'll do

Provide technical expertise and operational support for mission-critical infrastructure during scheduled and emergency activities.
Operate and maintain critical systems including UPS, emergency power generation, precision cooling, and fire suppression.
Monitor real-time system performance, alarm conditions, and environmental parameters to ensure maximum uptime.
Use Maintenance Management Systems like Corrigo and CFIMS to track work orders and asset documentation.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during daily operations and maintenance activities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to technicians and other engineering staff in critical environments.
Ensure all operations comply with established safety protocols and stringent 24/7/365 uptime requirements.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in critical environment engineering, data center operations, or mission-critical facilities management.
Experience operating and maintaining critical infrastructure including UPS systems, emergency power generation, precision cooling, and fire suppression.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, and PDUs.
Ability to read technical documents like electrical single-line diagrams, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
Working knowledge of CMMS platforms (Corrigo experience preferred) and DCIM platforms.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 5% for training or support.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering; CDCP, CFC EPA, OSHA 10, or NFPA 70E certifications (preferred).
