What you'll do

Develop and review complex operating procedures (MOPs, SOPs, DMOPs) for critical infrastructure equipment.
Perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems as a subject matter expert.
Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform root cause analysis.
Manage third-party vendors by coordinating schedules, overseeing work quality, and approving service reports.
Monitor facility performance using telemetry and control systems to identify trends and ensure SLA compliance.
Oversee team members' technical training, task assignments, and performance tracking within the CMMS system.
Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, hazard assessments, and environmental health standards.
Manage inventory by reviewing spare parts, updating stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years of mission critical services experience in high availability environments like data centers, refineries, hospitals, or manufacturing.
Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Must provide verification of citizenship with a valid passport for government agency support requirements.
Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
Ability to pass vision tests for normal visual acuity and color vision for electrical work.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with up to 25% travel.
