The role requires expertise in critical environment infrastructures such as UPS, generators, and AHUs, alongside experience supporting IT infrastructure including servers, SANs, and networking equipment within large-scale environments to ensure reliable service delivery for global customers.

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in leased datacenters.
  • Maximize Critical Environment availability and operational efficiency in coordination with landlord partners.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes to identify and mitigate infrastructure issues.
  • Execute cost and energy efficiency initiatives to optimize datacenter operations.
  • Manage emergency preparedness, response plans, and escalation points for facilities-related issues.
  • Coordinate and supervise critical environment audits and compliance verifications.
  • Monitor and report on power, temperature, and humidity levels to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Develop and share best practices with regional and global peers across the datacenter portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • High School Qualification or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT equipment, related technology, or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments is required.
  • Equivalent experience in datacenter or other critical environment facilities is accepted as a substitute for the specific experience requirements.
  • Verification of US Citizenship is required to meet federal government security requirements.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Critical Environment infrastructures such as UPS, Generator, or AHU (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College certification in mechanical or electrical engineering and/or services (preferred).
  • Experience working on large scale CE projects or the operation of IT infrastructure like Servers, SANs, and Networking (preferred).
