What you'll do

Implement and validate signal processing algorithms within FPGA firmware.
Architect and design FPGA solutions for modems, RF transmission systems, and satellite communications.
Perform detailed analysis on requirements, component synthesis, timing, and clock domain crossings.
Develop high-level and detailed verification test plans based on system specifications.
Participate in technical design and implementation reviews.
Utilize industry-standard tools like Vivado, Quartus, or ModelSim for logic simulation.
Integrate standard streaming and memory-mapped interfaces such as Avalon and AMBA.
Manage hardware designs involving high-speed serializers, memory interfaces, and various communication protocols.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a US security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in signal processing for RF communications systems.
Proficiency in Xilinx Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim/Questa, or equivalent logic simulation tools (preferred).
MATLAB/Simulink experience (preferred).
Knowledge of standard streaming and memory mapped interfaces like Avalon and AMBA (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
