What you'll do

Design advanced wireless digital communication and electronic warfare systems.
Execute the full design lifecycle including requirements definition, coding, simulation, synthesis, and verification testing.
Develop complex modem and DSP circuits using VHDL or Verilog on FPGA devices.
Implement high-speed serial interfaces, memory controllers, and industry-standard protocols like PCIe and Ethernet.
Perform laboratory debugging using digital scopes, logic analyzers, and other measurement devices.
Create testbench architectures using Matlab, SystemC, C, or C++.
Review and interpret technical schematic drawings for system integration.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 6 years experience, Master's with 4 years, or 10 years experience without a degree.
Active U.S. security clearance.
Experience in wireless digital communications, modems, networking, and/or digital signal processing (DSP).
Proficiency in VHDL (preferred) or Verilog development languages.
Experience implementing complex modem or DSP circuits in programmable logic using FPGA devices or ASIC design.
Experience with simulation, synthesis, and placement tools like ModelSim, Synplicity, Xilinx Vivado/ISE, or Altera Quartus.
Experience with HLS, high-speed serial interfaces (3+ Gbps), and laboratory debug techniques using scopes and logic analyzers.
