What you'll do

Drive technical sales using demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to influence solution design and production deployments.
Lead hands-on engagements including hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops to accelerate tool adoption.
Co-design secure and scalable architectures with developers and platform leads.
Resolve technical blockers and objections while providing feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
Provide expert guidance on GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted tools, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
Represent Microsoft as a thought leader in developer communities and customer forums.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 2+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 1+ year of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience (preferred).
4+ years of experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
Experience with cloud-native development including APIs, containers, microservices, and event-driven design (preferred).
Proficiency in modern languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java and frameworks like .NET, Node.js, or React (preferred).
