What you'll do

Drive technical sales by conducting demos and Proof of Concepts to influence solution design.

Co-design secure and scalable architectures with developers and platform leads.
Resolve technical blockers and objections by collaborating with engineering teams to improve products.
Maintain deep technical expertise in GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted tools, and CI/CD.
Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 2+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience is required.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 1+ year of technical pre-sales or consulting experience is required.
3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience is required.
Equivalent experience to the education and experience requirements is accepted.
6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience is preferred.
4+ years of experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management is preferred.
Proficiency in modern languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java and frameworks like .NET, Node.js, or React is preferred.
