Solution Engineer, AI Workforce

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements to drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead envisioning sessions to align business goals with technical requirements.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance are integrated into all customer conversations and solution designs.
• Gather customer requirements to support the design and execution of Proof of Concept projects.
• Conduct competitive research to identify advantages and address common customer objections or blockers.
• Resolve technical hurdles by escalating complex issues to senior team members and product teams.
• Provide technical education and training resources to partners to support joint technical activities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1+ year of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (or equivalent).
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Microsoft Cloud Endpoint technologies (preferred).
• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience developing and delivering customer demos and proofs of concept for productivity tools (preferred).
• Certification in relevant technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure, or Information Security (preferred).
