Solution Engineer, AI Workforce

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements to drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct envisioning sessions to align business goals with technical requirements.
• Own the technical win strategy by addressing customer objections and removing technical blockers.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance are embedded in all technical conversations and solution designs.
• Gather customer requirements to support the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Provide technical customer education and support joint technical activities with partners.
• Escalate complex technical blockers and customer objections to senior team members and product teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, a Master's with 1+ years, 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in technical pre-sales or consulting.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, a Master's with 3+ years, 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in technical pre-sales or consulting (preferred).
• Must have expertise in either Microsoft 365 Copilot or Microsoft Cloud Endpoint (preferred).
• Must have 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Must have 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
• Must have 4+ years of experience developing and delivering customer demos and proof of concepts for productivity and collaboration-centric offerings (preferred).
• Must hold a certification in relevant technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect, or Information Security (preferred).
