What you'll do

Drive technical sales using demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to influence solution design and production deployments.
Lead hands-on engagements including hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops to accelerate tool adoption.
Co-design secure and scalable architectures with developers and platform leads.
Resolve technical blockers and objections by collaborating with engineering teams to improve products.
Provide expert guidance on AI Foundry, Agentic AI frameworks, and Responsible AI technologies.
Advise customers on AI management, security, and Gen AI operations.
Represent Microsoft as a thought leader in developer communities and customer forums.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience (preferred).
6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (preferred).
Proficiency in Agentic frameworks and AI Management & Security including Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, Responsible AI, orchestrator, and monitoring (preferred).
Skill with tools and languages such as GitHub, Copilot Studio, VS Code, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or C++ (preferred).
