AI Solution Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business workflows, data requirements, and integration dependencies.
• Translate customer needs into practical solution designs using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
• Advise customers on API integrations including authentication, rate limits, and performance considerations.
• Evaluate where LLM solutions are appropriate versus traditional software or automation based on cost and accuracy trade-offs.
• Develop demonstrations to test customer use cases and establish a credible path to implementation.
• Lead conversations regarding security posture, data handling, and compliance standards for enterprise clients.
• Document recommended architectures, configuration steps, and onboarding plans for the sales and product teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and solution playbooks to scale repeatable technical motions.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, or evaluating generative AI solutions through enterprise work, pre-sales prototypes, or personal projects (preferred).
• Practical knowledge of leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot (preferred).
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt design, structured outputs, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, and retrieval techniques (preferred).
• Experience designing AI solutions that connect securely with enterprise applications, data sources, and business processes (preferred).
• Ability to explain AI concepts and architectural choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
• Familiarity with scripting, JSON payloads, or light troubleshooting (preferred).
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and enterprise security standards (preferred).
