Solutions Engineer, M365 Copilot & Agents

What you'll do

• Assess Microsoft 365 tenants for identity, security, compliance, licensing, and data readiness.
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments including prerequisite validation, licensing, and administrative configuration.
• Identify and remediate data-exposure risks such as oversharing, excessive permissions, and unmanaged content.
• Configure and govern Microsoft Agent 365 capabilities including inventory, lifecycle management, and access controls.
• Implement Microsoft Purview controls for sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and auditing for AI capabilities.
• Manage Copilot Credit consumption by establishing spending policies, monitoring usage trends, and developing cost forecasts.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate Microsoft 365 assessments, configurations, and reporting.
• Translate technical findings into prioritized remediation plans, implementation roadmaps, and operational runbooks.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, governance, adoption, or expansion.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, identity governance, and related access controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, information protection, DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery, or data-risk assessment.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
• Understanding of Microsoft enterprise licensing and usage-based AI consumption, cost governance, or Copilot Credit management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, or AI-900 (preferred).
