What you'll do

Design and orchestrate end-to-end agent solutions including topics, actions, connectors, and integrations with Microsoft 365 data.
Define technical strategies and architecture for enterprise customers rather than just implementing existing designs.
Lead business and technical stakeholders through use-case discovery to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Build production-ready pilots and proofs of concept that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Embed security, compliance, governance, and cost management practices into every agent deployment.
Create reusable assets, frameworks, and documented patterns to scale capabilities across the broader community.
Mentor colleagues and partners while building local expertise in agentic AI technologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting, support, systems administration, or related technical roles.
Experience designing and building Copilot Studio agents with topics, actions, connectors, and integrations (preferred).
2+ years of hands-on technical experience with Power Platform, including governance and connector-based automation (preferred).
4+ years delivering technical solutions, including pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise production deployments (preferred).
4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (preferred).
6+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology consulting (preferred).
Experience as a senior technical authority, influencing stakeholders without formal authority, and mentoring others (preferred).
