What you'll do

Lead complex product initiatives from initial technical design through implementation and production launch.
Build reliable meeting-booking, calendaring, routing, and workflow experiences to drive customer conversion.
Develop and evolve integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and other third-party data platforms.
Create intuitive public APIs and reliable webhooks for customer and partner product extensions.
Design systems to handle third-party constraints like API limits, OAuth credentials, and partial failures.
Advance AI-assisted capabilities including meeting preparation, routing investigation, and product explainability.
Improve the scalability, observability, and security of critical production systems.
Provide technical leadership through architecture influence, design reviews, and engineering mentorship.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of independently delivering complex SaaS capabilities from design through launch and ongoing operation.
Strong full-stack skills with particular depth in backend systems, APIs, relational data models, and background processing.
Experience building or operating integrations with complex third-party platforms.
Sound technical judgment regarding reliability, data integrity, security, and incremental system evolution.
Excellent debugging skills across application, integration, and data boundaries.
Demonstrated technical leadership to influence architecture and execution beyond immediate workstreams.
Experience with modern web frameworks such as Rails, React, Postgres, and AWS (preferred).
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, routing, or workflow products (preferred).
