The Software Engineering SMTS joins the Experience Library team within the Digital Marketing Technology organization. As a senior frontend-focused full-stack engineer, you will design and build high-quality, scalable frontend components for the Page Builder platform. Your daily responsibilities include owning features from design through execution, mentoring junior engineers, and integrating AI tools into engineering workflows. You will utilize a technical stack including JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js. The role requires expertise in CMS integrations like WordPress, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and web performance fundamentals. You will solve complex problems related to content authoring and rendering, building modular blade component libraries and robust rendering layers that power high-traffic, localized marketing pages across the global digital ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade frontend and full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Build modular, reusable, and accessible UI components for high-traffic marketing pages.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the blade components library, CMS integrations, or rendering pipelines.
  • Own features from design through execution by writing specs, defining test strategies, and delivering high-quality code.
  • Integrate AI tools into engineering workflows to accelerate development and up-level team capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical coaching.
  • Manage delivery complexity by slicing stories, defining tasks, and identifying risks during sprint planning.
  • Monitor production features and champion engineering best practices and quality standards.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend and full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript with experience in modern frontend frameworks like React (preferred).
  • Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks such as Sass or Tailwind.
  • Experience with Node.js and building backend services to support frontend experiences.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress or Contentful and building scalable web applications on public cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and understanding web performance fundamentals like Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with frontend testing methodologies and frameworks such as Jest, Cucumber, or Selenium.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent.
