What you'll do

Lead complex product initiatives from initial technical design through implementation and production launch.
Build reliable meeting-booking, calendaring, routing, and workflow experiences to drive customer conversion.
Develop and evolve integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and other third-party data platforms.
Design and maintain intuitive public APIs and reliable webhooks for customer and partner extensions.
Advance AI-assisted capabilities including meeting preparation, routing investigation, and product explainability.
Improve the scalability, observability, security, and supportability of critical production systems.
Perform technical leadership through design and code reviews and mentorship of other engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve difficult customer issues to their root cause across application and data boundaries.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of independently delivering complex SaaS capabilities from design through launch and ongoing operation.
Strong full-stack skills with particular depth in backend systems, APIs, relational data models, and background processing.
Experience building or operating integrations with complex third-party platforms.
Demonstrated technical leadership in influencing architecture and execution beyond immediate workstreams.
Excellent debugging skills across application, integration, and data boundaries.
Ability to operate in ambiguity to frame problems, propose solutions, and align others.
Experience with modern web frameworks such as Rails, React, Postgres, or AWS (preferred).
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, routing, or workflow products (preferred).
