What you'll do

Monitor facility health including power, cooling, and security to implement operational improvements.

Oversee new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure installations.
Manage inventory, logistics, and the replacement or upgrade of hardware components.

Coordinate rack deployments and physical network infrastructure upgrades.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, infrastructure upgrades, and site expansion is required.
Proficiency in incident management protocols and performing root cause analysis (RCA) is required.
Ability to utilize advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Knowledge of industry best practices such as Lean or Six Sigma for process improvement is preferred.
Experience managing complex projects, including inventory, logistics, and network physical infrastructure upgrades.
