What you'll do

Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and infrastructure health of one or more data centers.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement proactive facility improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements aligned with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations or related fields.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents or crises is required.
Ability to manage complex projects including site builds, infrastructure upgrades, and inventory logistics.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Capability to lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and technical troubleshooting.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
Ability to work the night shift.
