What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance analysis for one or more data center sites.
Monitor facility health metrics such as power, cooling, and security to implement infrastructure improvements.

Implement automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and site installations.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical deployment of network infrastructure.
Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing solutions aligned with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, infrastructure upgrades, and site expansion projects.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage inventory/logistics, and oversee physical infrastructure installations.
