What you'll do

Manage the operations, performance monitoring, and facility health for one or more data centers.
Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate operational risks.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network infrastructure.
Drive process improvements by identifying trends in capacity, temperature, and power availability.
Manage project timelines and deliverables while coordinating tasks across multiple site initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and facility health management.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases.
Ability to oversee data center expansion projects, including site builds, infrastructure upgrades, and logistics.
Capability to coordinate complex tasks, manage project timelines, and mentor junior team members.
