What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams to resolve incidents and manage escalated technical issues.
Implement automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update knowledge bases and internal documentation.
Act as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansions, and infrastructure projects.
Oversee inventory management, equipment repairs, and physical network infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure proactive maintenance of power, cooling, and security systems to maintain site stability.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, site management, and infrastructure upgrades.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
Experience managing data center expansion projects, including site builds and logistics oversight.
Ability to implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices like Lean or Six Sigma.
