What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance analysis for one or more data center sites.

Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.

Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and site infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network hardware and components.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and facility health management.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases.
Ability to oversee data center expansion projects, including site builds and infrastructure upgrades.
Skills in project management, including coordinating complex tasks, managing timelines, and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives.
