What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance analysis for one or more data center sites.
Monitor facility health metrics such as power, cooling, and security to implement infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams in resolving incidents and managing escalated technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate operational risks and improve efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve site protocols.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network hardware.
Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing solutions aligned with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data center site portfolio management and performance analysis is required.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.

Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
