What you'll do

Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and facility health for one or more data centers.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement proactive infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve standard operating procedures.
Act as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network hardware and components.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience leading performance analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, and facility health is required.
Ability to manage escalated complex technical issues and implement automation tools to mitigate risks.
Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and execute incident management protocols.
Experience overseeing data center expansion projects, including site builds and infrastructure upgrades.
Ability to coordinate logistics, inventory management, and physical network infrastructure installations.
Ability to manage moderately complex tasks and project timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
