What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Implement automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and ensure site stability.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansions, and infrastructure projects.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the installation of hardware components.
Direct the planning and execution of rack deployments and network physical infrastructure upgrades.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, infrastructure upgrades, and site expansion projects.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage inventory/logistics, and oversee physical infrastructure installations.
