What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data center operations including performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and facility health management is required.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases.
Ability to oversee data center expansion projects, including site builds, infrastructure upgrades, and logistics.
Capability to coordinate complex tasks, manage project timelines, and collaborate across functional teams.
