ServiceNow Platform Technology Lead

What you'll do

• Define technical architecture standards for the ServiceNow platform, including update sets, scoped applications, and naming conventions.
• Design complex solutions that prioritize configuration over customization to ensure the platform remains upgrade-ready.
• Architect enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server infrastructure, and event-driven patterns.
• Monitor instance performance and scalability while proactively managing technical debt and modernization planning.
• Build a foundation for self-service tools, workflow automation, and AI-driven support capabilities.
• Mentor developers and administrators while providing architectural clarity during backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Resolve complex platform issues and serve as the primary technical authority for the ServiceNow environment.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6–10+ years of experience in IT.
• Must have 4–6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• A BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules across an enterprise and leading architecture on medium to large implementations is required.
• Deep expertise in platform architecture, ITSM best practices, CMDB/CSDM, integration design, Flow Designer, and automation is required.
• Expertise in scoped applications, instance performance optimization, and security and access design is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
