What you'll do

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow technical solutions for clients.
  • Define platform architecture, integration strategies, governance models, and development standards.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives and communicate configuration versus customization trade-offs to minimize technical debt.
  • Lead architectural reviews and serve as the final escalation point for technical decisions.
  • Mentor and coach architects, developers, and technical consultants to promote technical excellence.
  • Support business development by contributing to solutioning, opportunity scoping, and client presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of architecture standards and ServiceNow best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with a strong background in enterprise technology transformation.
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-platform configuration experience.
  • Experience leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations across various product lines.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM and additional CIS certifications across multiple product lines.
