What you'll do

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmaps to ensure scalable and secure enterprise capabilities.
  • Translate business objectives and user requirements into functional platform designs and prioritized technical directions.
  • Establish and enforce platform governance, including coding standards, configuration rules, and technical review practices.
  • Guide developers and technical leads through design decisions, implementation approaches, and complex issue resolutions.
  • Design and govern secure integrations with enterprise systems such as identity services, ERP platforms, and APIs.
  • Provide architectural leadership across core modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
  • Define and validate role-based access controls and data protection requirements in partnership with cybersecurity teams.
  • Assess platform performance and custom code to recommend remediation actions for improved reliability and upgrade readiness.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Palantir experience, a Graduate degree and 7 years of Palantir experience, or 13 years of Palantir experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 9 years of progressively responsible ServiceNow experience including solution architecture, platform design, implementation, or technical leadership.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain required security clearances.
  • Experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and translating business requirements into technical architecture (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, scripting, integration patterns, data models, and lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Experience with ITSM and at least two other capabilities like ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, HRSD, AIOps, GRC, or CSM (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of secure integration design, REST/SOAP APIs, identity management, and data protection principles (preferred).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant implementation or architect certifications (preferred).
