What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Experience driving Rhythm of Business (ROB), governance, operational reviews, or organizational execution programs (preferred).
Experience working with large-scale cloud services, service operations, quality programs, or operational excellence initiatives (preferred).
Experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and organizational boundaries (preferred).
Experience leveraging automation, reporting, or AI-driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision making (preferred).
