What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience reading and writing code for documentation or product demos.
  • Experience operating mission-critical cloud services at significant scale with high availability targets.
  • Technical acumen to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
  • Experience in business and operational roles involving budgeting, revenue projection, or margin analysis.
  • Ability to lead and drive consensus across team, leadership, and organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in the Identity and/or Security technology domains.
