What you'll do

  • Manage the introduction of new cloud services, hardware platforms, and deployment tools.
  • Coordinate with partner engineering teams to ensure new services meet scale and cycle time specifications.
  • Analyze data to identify and implement technical improvements for capacity deployment systems.
  • Drive continuous improvements in Time-to-Market (TTM) for new cloud service offerings.
  • Lead technical projects from initial requirements through final launch while managing complex schedules and risks.
  • Develop and optimize processes for high-volume hardware manufacturing and infrastructure management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
  • Experience in a software engineering role designing, building, or operating large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery of GPU/AI infrastructure capabilities across hardware and software teams (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience creating, managing, or optimizing a software product lifecycle or manufacturing system (preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience building relationships and influencing in a matrixed organization (preferred).
