Senior Support Engineer. As a member of the Oracle Repair Center team, you will diagnose, test, repair, and validate next-generation AI compute hardware to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. What you'll do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and validate NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware using standardized processes.
Perform functional validation of Compute Trays using dedicated CDU test infrastructure to ensure quality standards.
Conduct advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability and diagnosability.
Serve as the primary technical resource for managing and documenting coolant leak events.
Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions and future platforms.
Provide technical support via the Global Operations ticket queue for complex hardware issues and remote troubleshooting.
Create detailed engineering observation reports, service records, and knowledge articles to improve repair workflows.
Participate in weekend coverage and on-call rotations to support critical business operations and high-priority events.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing NVIDIA and AMD compute hardware is required.
Proficiency in hardware stress testing, replacement, and support is required.
Skills in debugging techniques and repair procedures are necessary for the role.
Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) model building is required.
Ability to perform advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigation is required.
